Materials & Sheeting

HealixCare offers a comprehensive line of new and innovative materials that are now available to practitioners, distributors, OEM, and private label manufacturers. These materials can be used in a wide range of products, from insoles to braces to special top covers. Descriptions of our materials are listed below.

Cushioning Materials
VEVA™ Ventilated EVA A unique foam padding material comprised of high quality, open cell EVA that is molded to our specifications. This cushioning material is breathable with full ventilation that promotes the movement of air, heat and moisture away from the body.	PTecLT™ This is a new open-cell polyurethane foam. It is softer than other PU materials but is very resilient and returns after use.
Top Cover Fabrics
BambooTecc™ BambooTecc™ is a blend of traditional fibers with natural Nano-Bamboo particles. The result is an Eco-Friendly fiber that has Anti-Odor (Anti-Microbial/Anti-Fungal) and high ‘wicking’ properties for superior results.	SilverTecc™ Using a next generation Nano-Silver yarn technology created by Samsung®, SilverTecc™ provides a superior combination of high silver ionic content and fiber delivery.
Tri-Laminates & Combinations
Tri-Laminates All triple laminates consist of a combination of three materials: VEVA™, PTecLT™, and either a BambooTecc™ or SilverTecc™ top cover. The tri-laminates are formed using a unique micro-dot adhesive technique between the top and middle layers to ensure the transfer of heat and moisture away from the surface.	Combinations If only 1 cushioning layer is needed, either the VEVA™ or PTecLT™ material can be combined with any of our top covers.
